Brunch Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • French Fries of your choice
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • Chili (preferably homemade)
  • Giardiniera
  • Eggs
  • Green Onion


Directions

  • Prep fries as desired based on package specifications for two people, about 3 cups
  • Warm chili on the stove top about 4 cups
  • Chop your green onions and shred the cheddar if it's not already shredded
  • Once fries are ready transfer to large bowl to pour chili over add about 2 cups of the cheese and toss to mix
  • Grab your bowls and evenly disperse the fries
  • Fry 1 or 2 eggs to be placed on top of the fries (but not just yet)
  • Spoon out the desired amount of giardiniera, based on personal spice preference
  • Top with your eggs
  • Finish with green onion
